I won't share my secret :) becuase my contracts won't get filled anymore.

But here is what has happens, I'm so confident that there is still 12 minutes to the game and I know what will happen.

Pick: Mavericks to win
Volume: 50
Price: 50
Risk: $250
Reward: $250

:)

Hoops Predictor, Can it really predict?

OK.. So I spent some time using this "device". The tricky thing is, it really doesn't say who will win the game, but it shows the percentage chance of the winning team.

What I've found

I've put in many games, college, NBA. And got a hang of this tool.

If this is not used correctly obviously it will not work. Some might also ask if it takes into account if a player gets injured, or a good player enters or exits the game. No it doesn't because from what I've found out it doesn't really matter. It seems as though everything is taken into account just by looking at the score.

It's very simple but very very hard to grasp. Just by looking at it or using it once or twice it might look like a scam. But now that I've tried it on over 30 games, it is much more clear to me how it works and how to make it work.

It's very simple, as they say it only shows you the percent winning chance of the team. And it's completely true. At any point of the game, you will have (i don't know how they measured it) but that percent chance of winning. You just have to decide if that will be your pick or not.

I've noticed the following though:

Basketball is a very active game. At any point of the game one team could be behind by 20 points and they still can get ahead and win. That's what makes the game so interesting.

Well, HoopsPredictor is a way to measure this.

imagine there is 40 seconds left in the game, and the score is 90-90. Would you randomly pick a team, or choose using a device that can statistically tell you who has a better chance of winning???

Well of course unless you are a REAL gambler you will go with the tool.

This is the purpose of Hoops Predictor.

Most games, it shows the winning team winning with a higher chance of winning from the beginning of the game to the end. But sometimes this changes and the other team gains a higher chance, when this happens it's been very rear for the other team to gain it back and the winning team eventually wins.

This is a very good idea. and I like using it because it helps me feel alot more comfortable about my picks.

Lakers Vs New York

Ok.. here we go ... the game isn't still over but my bets are...

Ok here they are:

Volume: 10
Average Price: $67.25
Risk: $67.25
Reward: $32.75

This was a messy game... I had to grab 3-4 different contracts...

Lets see what happens...

Portland vs Miami

wow... This can be a very dangerous tool if you know how to use it:

Right at the end of the second Miami Heat broke loos. 10 contacts on 77!! I had a feeling Miami will win but you never know. These good teams sometimes play horrible.

Price: $77
Volume: 10
Risk: $77
Reward: $23

After this I'm following Laker's game, but this time with a little more trust! Go Lakers!

So today is the first game... Portland vs Miami

As I am watching this game, i'm writing this blog.

I created my Hoops Predictor account and tried some games from before, it looks very convensing. Now I want to know if it really works. I will go small on it for this game to see how it is.

Portland vs Miami it's third Quarter now score is Portland 62 - Miami 63.

This is a good game... I'll probably go in when a good deal shows up... Got to catch the game now check-in in 30 minutes ;)

Look what I found...

HoopsPredictor.com, well from the name of it, it's pretty obvious what it does. At first I thought it was some type of scam, but when i looked around their site, there was no sign of it. The only thing they ask for is your email address to login.
This tool is free as long as you have an account.

I thought it's a great idea if the tool is consistent. Because when your gambling you don't know what you're really doing. What ever you bet on is mostly from emotions.

So I played a game and this is what I figured:

Review the game below…

So you put the score in every 2 minutes…
I got the scores from

http://sports-att.espn.go.com/ncb/playbyplay?gameId=270070269

Minute 18 scores 2-0.
After that it will get dramatic…
So minute 10 the tool predicted that Syracuse is winning by 30%...
the score is 14-17…. Minute 8 it predicts they are winning by 28.5% score is 19-17 (Notice that their score is higher and it is still saying they are losing.) minute 6..

It says they will win by 70% score now is 24-17… that jump of 5 points on Syracuse will give them acceleration power to be chosen as the winner… this goes on until minute 0… with the score of 28-29… it still says they are winning by 74.5%…

THEY ARE 1 POINT BEHIND!! Any fool would have picked the other team based on score… What happens at the end??? 70-58 Syracus wins! Games like this it doesn’t really matter what the spread is… does it??

I'm going to start using this on the side... See what happens...

Denver Nuggets vs Bucks

Game is pretty close now as Im writing this blog...

Well now it's not... Damn should Have got in for Denver, but It's NBA you never know!

The price is pretty good for Bucks, but it looks like it is a risk.
Ok looks like there is too much risk in this game. At this point that I am switching between both teams, it looks like the heat is catching up to me. So I should just back off and leave it alone.

Pistons vs Raptors

I actually like Raptors more than Pistons even tho this game they were the underdog.

It was pretty simple, I wanted to go for the money not be the fan so watching the game by half time, saw some good games and went in for Pistons. The risk and reward was pretty bad the whole game but a very short period which was around 50. I saw it and took it!

Price: 52.5
Volume: 10
Risk: $52.50
Reward: $47.50

So $47.5 not bad for one game...

This is slow...

Ok... it is the 5th day now and $150 is not worth the time.

I will need to put more than one bet per day and risk more if I want to get there faster. Is it a good idea?

Maybe or maybe not. It all depends on how good I can put these bets.

We'll see how this will turn out within a couple of weeks.

One bad game

Nicks and Clippers.
First and Second quarter they were loosing but I saw the opportunity and came in on Third thinking Clippers are making a comeback! I was wrong...
10 contracts at 34
Risk: $34
Reward: $66
Good thing they didn't take my other bets... :)

Cleveland and Detroit

It's SuperBowl weekend!!! Go Colts!

Well would be nice to bet on this game, but since I am only good at Basketball I won't take my chances.

So today's game... Looking at the game It seems that Detroit might have the win this time. So went in at about 40 short for Detroit to win.
Anyways Im going to start betting more... So this time i got 32 contracts.
so
Risk: $192
Reward: $128
Why 32 you ask... The problem with TradeSports that I noticed is that when one team is ahead it makes it very hard for people to take your bet. So You have to increase your risk in order for the bet to go through. What happens is that it gets to a point that it's not worth it any more. You will be risking too much. Most people tend to make bets in 10 contracts, 5 or 20. It's always a "round number".
So when the number of contracts you are offering is not a round number it makes people think it is a good deal since they think someone has already bought some of it.
This way before you know it everyone takes all the contracts :-)

My First Bet: Cavaliers vs Heat

Looking at the game and the bets, it seemed as if everyone who was betting was looking at the score. Who ever was up or down they would go for that team. Lots of bets was put in for both teams. I just looked and waited paciently.

It's Over time now, and I am looking at the best... There are good offers for Cavaliers to win. So I have put in the bet for Heat at 10. 10 Contracts at 10 point for Heat to win.

Risk: $10
Reward: $90

Pretty good deal huh.

Lets see what happens.

The chart below shows where I came in and put in my bet... Already I have a gain of 30 units on my bet :) so I am up $30+ I love TradeSports...
